How to request a refund

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Stripe.

• Contact our support team through the in-app support channel with the email you used at checkout, and we will process the refund via Stripe.
• We will confirm the refund by email once it has been issued; the funds typically return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
